| Nixon was far and away the worst as he cancelled sales on the books without any talks with Japan, Ford also embargoed in 1975 as part of the Whip Inflation Now (WIN) re-election policy of Ford. the reason most of those younger than 70 don't know of it was because it took Brazil 7 years to ramp up production with the investments made by Japan in production and loadout facilities.
