CSR 2 removed the penalty for being in a drier climate. That is why there are huge discrepancies between the two ratings.
If the price was similar, I’d take the Sioux Co ground every time. To put it in the words of one of the now deceased old timers from here “That is some goooood dirt.” Those are the soil types that you like to watch the yield monitor on.
But, the Grundy Co land might be 1/2 to 2/3 price of the Sioux Co land.
