S Illinois | The last 3 years weather has been about as good as it gets and the yields reflect that. 100 PI ground isn’t 200+ bu average ground(yet). Average corn yields would still be 160-170. Didn’t have to get too far away for the same quality ground to be sub 100 bu this past year.
No comment as to whether too high or low. High demand area especially by those further west where land sells for 20k. | |
