Looks cheap compared to here.

Land like that is still $18k-20K+ depending on who it’s next to here.

Couple pieces coming up in Sioux County that I fully expect to bring $25k or more. They’re not too far away from the $30k piece a couple years ago.

You are right. Those are a few beautiful pieces of ground in a prime location. I doubt $25,000 will stop them.
