Farms in this area have been $18k-$22k recently. $30sign up with $70 dollar operational per acre to tie up an asset with that value for 57 years doesn’t excite me.
I own 66 acres. My check would be like $2000. I sold a kill cow last week for almost that and the land has more value to me than she did
