Here if you enroll you get a $30 per acre payment+$30 signing bonus for 7 years. If they build then it goes to $70. If you receive a tower then you get $18,000. Everything gets inflation added to it up to 5.5%.
lease is 57 years long. I don’t want a tower. Not enough money for me on my owned acres.
I'll have to admit...........those kind of numbers are pretty enticing in this poor country. We have $26 to $36 CRP rates............and you could cash lease all of the farm ground you want at $50/acre. The realistic crop lease number is actually closer to the cheaper CRP rental rate. |
