Around here, it is something like $1 a foot plus materials, plus a few more $$ per gate, anchor, and braced corner. Brush clearing is also extra.
For one thing it will keep your costs down as you won't have to have inventory on hand for the fence, let the landowner provide it, or get it and bill it to them, with a delivery fee if you have to pick it up. Anything extra you either leave there or return. Trust me, it will save arguments over whether you used 125 posts, or 124 posts. | |
