That is one of the landmark presentations I watched (and have re-watched several times) around 5 years ago at the beginning of my wife and I's low carb journey. Bikman is one of my metabolic hero's as a type II diabetic. His research and common language explanation of it are priceless. Changed my life for the much better.
Anyone interested in low carb eating, peruse the "Low Carb Down Under" offerings on Youtube. A wealth of knowledge in those presentations.
