NEIA | I've seen this a couple of times. When the landlady dies the kids rent it to someone else. Number one reason the kids don't like the current tenant. They think the current tenant has been taking advantage of mom. Most times they were right. I know of one that hasn't happened yet. The kids have told a person my wife knows that when mom is gone, so are the current tenants. So you might as well rent it as the current tenant is probably gone anyway. | |
