Minnesota | I would rather have the landlord tell me why he isn’t renting to me anymore if I lost the farm, the new tenant owes no explanation why he is renting it, that’s obvious he’s a farmer try to make a living, like I said before if the landlord approached you to rent it put in your bid, you don’t owe the previous tenant an explanation, the landlord on the other hand should probably have a talk with the previous tenant as to why he’s not renting to him anymore. | |
