NW Iowa | I think you hit the nail on the head when you mentioned the hearing aids are making your hearing worse by blasting loud noise into your ears.
I have always thought my hearing aids were putting my ears into a restrictive self protection mode by overloading them with noise. I have read where implants turn sounds into a more natural tone where we can understand voices again when there is background noise. It will be interesting to hear what others have to say about this. | |
