ill go out on a limb and say KETO didnt 'cure' your astsma per se... it was the weight loss that relieved some load from your cardio system, less stress on your cardio and the less likely to have asthma episodes. Throw a 60lb pack on your back and go for a long walk, my guess is you'll have an attack.
