Well it is incurable in the sense that if you go back to eating your old way it’ll probably come back, as would diabetes for a diabetic. I too had asthma and a keto diet ‘cured’ it. I never tried to narrow it down more, dropped 60lbs and now weight stays with in a 5lb range for the last 3.5 yrs. I also have tinnitus but mine didnt change.
