I have had 811 place a "ready to dig" flag right on top of my underground power line. To me 811 is just a group of unemployables that have a government job and benefits. And that is not the first problem I have had with them. Going to tile near a pipeline in the next weeks, won't trust anything they do, will call pipelinc company. |
