I have called in HUNDREDS--the more I think about it, well into the thousands-- of locates in Iowa and nearly all were done timely and professionally.
I have hit a few non-dangerous facilities as we don't do much hand digging further than legally required (we double-check/triple-check/hand-dig the potentially dangerous ones way further than the required 18") due to incorrect marking and there has NEVER been a problem--I was absolved of all responsibility instantly.
I have no problem with this service at all--they HELP me do my work safely and without responsibility if we hit something that's been cleared. | |
