Dagmar, MT | I’ve probably done over a hundred one-calls. The operators are just doing there job….I think they assume most every dig is in a town so it can be tough explaining rural road names, intersections, etc. The solution is to use their online reporting format which works great. Remember they only show underground stuff that is registered with 811.
The pipeline guys whether water, oil, gas, salt water & fiber guys are all very professional I’ve found, but every now & then there are underground lines that never got registered or even mapped. | |
