If they aren't complaining then you have an agreement that both sides can live with. It probably makes some difference if it is a good neighbor helping you out or if it is a custom operation that makes a living doing that kind of work but you are offering a pretty nice situation where the baler pulls into a field that is ready for him to start at one end and just keep running.
