I have been very successful using the Keto diet. I have found if your not loosing weight you need to reduce calories and carbs. (Stinks I know) but the end result is worth it. I have a neighbor who was a fitness trainer/ dietitian in the past, and he says it's all about calorie intake vs. Calories burned... makes sense to me.
