Pretty much everything that is labeled "KETO" and "NET CARBS" is just another highly processed food from a company that is lying to us. There are no rules as to what they can stamp "KETO" on.
I'm eating a clean Carnivore menu and if I get eating hardly any cheese at all, my weight loss stalls and I stay even.
Don't give up. I agree to get on YouTube and search Dr. Berry and Dr. Baker, etc. and search about stalls and mistakes.
Something will register an "Ah Ha!!" moment for you. I know it has for me in the past. | |
