I wasn't having much luck at first until someone said "limit dairy products". Well that helped.
Stick with it and gotta keep track of your daily carb intake. Keep it under 20grams/day. Gotta read labels. Can of pop is 40grams. Those sugar/calories/carbs add up fast.
I sure feel better overall, never tired and sleep well.
