SE IL and SW IN | partimer has you covered here, but I might add that to kickstart the program, the Beef, Bacon, Butter and eggs regimen works for me. The video that I saw talks about doing it for 90 days, but I find that 10 days gets the system going, then add only incidental carbs til you get to the weight you want to achieve. When the body is trained to burn fat and it gets only fat, then it seems to not differentiate between the eaten and what we carry around the middle.
This is an every day program. On and off screws up my system and makes me irritable and physically weak. | |
