Everybody is a little different but likely need to go closer to 0 carbs to start. intermittent fasting (I skip breakfast) might be needed as well. No snacks or if you do, slice of bacon, beef stick, or chicharrĂ³nes. Amazing what keto has done for me even though i have kind of "hit the wall" and have just stabilized for weight. Hardly any joint pain, moles and skin tags have shrunk, no apnea, no plugged nose in the morning. good luck to you! | |
