So, you say it doesn't feed to copy. Does it feed when you send a print command from your computer?

If you just bought it, I would contact Canon, and see if you can get help there. If just purchased, it should be under warranty.

edit: I went to the Canon Support page, and typed in "Paper does not feed".  These articles came up. I don't know if they will help. I would try looking thru this list first, see if something seems to address your issues. If you, contact Canon support.
