Hands down a White 2-135. I believe that transmission was regarded to be very reliable but man did it shift like crap. It was hard to get in gear and then it would bind in gear. Was a pretty good tractor other than that. We had several Olivers prior to that but it was a happy day when the 2-135 left for a Deere 4455 ps.


Likely needed cab mounts. The cab settled and threw the linkage off. Unless you put a kid in them that like to jerk the shifter out of the gates, those things have been dead nuts reliable and not a huge issue on shifting really.

I can think of way worse LOL
