N.E. MO | Sounds like a good kid with the right attitude to me. Worth a lot when wage wasn’t his biggest priority. Not much turns me off more when one of the first questions asked is “what is the pay?”
I have nothing to add about a specific amount, but I would encourage you not to do anything to discourage the attitude he seems to have. May turn out to be one of the good ones. He’s at an age where he could easily go one way or the other. A little positive encouragement vs a negative experience could have a big, big impact on his life at this point. | |
