Yep to risky.
Seems 15 is the magical number. No way would I ever pay a 14 year old kid 15 an hour. He can't even give you a ride farm to farm, pickup parts in town. How much does a 17 year old start at? 20? Legally I am not sure they are supposed to drive a four wheeler, utv, skid steer.
