| Do you have a fishing pond or a hunting spot? It isn’t always a monetary value that is needed as a reward. I like to get the kids that have helped a set tools. Maybe in the eyes of the law it is too young but my lord what a bunch of b.s. think of all the things you and your friends did at 14. Plenty to do around the farm that doesn’t involve heavy equipment while you get a feel for his maturity letting him ride around with you is how he will learn and take it in. I agree with others you need to get a feel for how serious he is.
