Iowa | We got one in 04. We were newly weds and realized that places like hotels didn’t take a check. I’m not a big cc fan, but they do have their place. I refuse to use debit card for pay at the pump- had a buddy get caught with a skimmer on pump and they drained his account. I also keep a fairly low limit on debit card ($750) for the same reason- so if I go to menards, or buy an appliance it usually goes on the credit card. Also for online purchases I feel it’s safer. | |
