| The trouble with the whole nation is they have folks conditioned in to thinking meat is expensive.
I can eat $1.00 worth of meat and am good for 6 or 7 hours.
Wife brings home the "cheaper" foods at $5 a serving and I am hungry in an hour.
Another way to think of it. She buys a pound of hamburger for $3.50. She buys cereal for $7.00 for 12 ounces but thinks the cereal is cheaper.
I have no luck explaining it to her.
It is just marketing.
I will just mention the oroganic Chocolate cookie crunch cereal that no one like but she keeps buying because it sounds good. | |
