| Probably will take a health condition to motivate you. I am the same way. At Easter, I wasn't happy until all the candy was gone ! Since then I have been fine, as long as it's not in the house I am good. Started less sugar, carbs , pop, and processed food in February and get a craving about once a week. Doesn't take as much to satisfy the craving when it does happen. As long as it's not in the house ! Ron | |
