Pittsburg, Kansas | Here you go Lowell. This was a recipe our friends used to make pizza crust out of chicken instead of having traditional bread crust. This makes it low carb or if a person has a problem with bread.
Ingredient list: 10 ounces of canned chicken 1 oz grated parmesan cheese 1 large egg
Thoroughly drain the canned chicken and get as much moisture out as possible Spread the chicken only on a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes to dry the chicken out.
Once the chicken is dried out (baked for the 10 minutes) place it in a mixing bowl. Increase oven temperature to 500 degrees. Add Parmesan cheese and egg to the bowl of chicken and mix well Pour ingredients back onto baking sheet on the silicone mat - spread thin (to make it thin a person can use parchment paper on top, then use a rolling pin to flatten it out) Bake this crust at 500 degrees for 8-10 minutes Remove from the oven Add desired pizza sauce and toppings on top of this crust Bake another 6-10 minutes still at the 500 degrees to melt any cheese and cook the toppings Remove from oven Allow to cool a few minutes Enjoy.
