We have home made pizza about once a week. Just is made in a pan with no crust. Our friends made some pizza using ground chicken as a crust and it was really good. Could pick it up like regular pizza.
Can you give me a recipe for the ground chicken crust? By me, I mean Barb.
I did Johns diet a couple years ago and worked well... probably need to start it up again. I LOVE pizza and that was the hardest thing for me.
My wife bought these, melted some butter and garlic and brushed on the tortillas, browned them in the oven just a little then added sauce, toppings, cheese. They were outstanding, really helped me.
