Not everyone has problems with sugar. I do. I just have to say no. I'm an addict. I even avoid artificial sweeteners for that reason.

Here is one of the best, balanced explanations of the psychological effects on SOME people. This doctor estimates maybe 25% of his patients.

An excellent presentation by a doctor I think very highly of.
