Northern Ohio Grain | You mentioned spaghetti, we have been on a gluten free trend for my son who is allergic and low carb as my wife is diabetic. The chickpea pasta like Banza brand is actually really good, I bet most would not be able to tell the difference if you didn't tell them. Just an idea if you ever get a craving. Also edamame pasta is good too, different taste but I actually like it. Seems a little harder to find though. Typically we use ALDIs brand but they don't always have it. | |
