Been doing a little experimenting - I have been mostly carb free  carnivore diet for just over a month now, but thinking about trends it seemed that levels were lower with a bit of added sugar/carbs,  so this week I strayed off the diet slightly, an occasional small soda, ice cream, or other item. Levels are consistently around 100-105 on those days. Yesterday I ran out of water, and without thinking drank a 32 oz gatorade, about 2 hours later level tested the lowest since I started at 101.
Could be the benefits of carnivore are also doing that, but it seems on days with as close to zero carbs/sugar, it stays around 110-114
All tests are close to the same time - 6-7pm just before supper.
