All tests are done just before supper, roughly 5 hours after last meal, I've done a few within 2 hours after supper those are always 150 or lower.
A few in the morning before breakfast 8-10 hour "fast" - all have been higher (180's) than those after a meal.

I didn't include the morning and post meal tests in first post because they have been more random. The before supper tests have been pretty consistent.
