northeastern Ohio | Yes. A couple years ago I had one that owed me $3500. Got him evicted and then found a lawyer that filed to garnish the guys wages. If I recall correctly, the lawyer got 30% of whatever he could recover. Got a check every month from the lawyer for about $200.
If the guy doesn't have a job, they can go after a bank account IF they have a bank account. However, once you hit their bank account, it seems to get closed out pretty quick. Good luck | |
