Get a powered one.
Also turn the fan around to suck the air down through the floor. ONe can also put a smaller fan up against the regular fan to suck aid out. You may have to put a board up to make the smaller fan seal to the bigger one. Also pic your days so the wind blows the dust away.
Alternative is use a grain vac. If you do this make sure the wind is blowing the dust away from the truck, bin and house.
If you are covered in dust try and blow yourself off before getting in the truck to move it if that is possible.
Blow yourself off and remove clothing, including shoes before going in the house. Blow off your self and shoes. Shower and wash clothes immediately.
The more you are around it the more susceptible you are.
I had to clean a bunch of bins out years ago like that. I could tell driving down the road if a bin was starting to get some mold.
