Subject: What we did in similarly

Situations was put a small 3/4 to 1 up ran against the larger fan, use a tarp to somewhat seal up the gaps, and then have he small fan pull the air down thru the floor and exhaust it outside. That is, if you are unable to turn the bin fans around. It does help inside the bin, but may not help anyone close by outside the bin.
