Central NY
Is the issue overloading on the mains or slow to perc soil? Are the mains running close to full and not catching up it seems? Are the laterals flowing full?
What’s the slope on the laterals, with that deep of an outlet ditch they should’ve been able to create adequate grade for all the pipe if I’m reading it correctly.
Here those size/grade specs would work alright, and be normal for us.
Here we Have to do stone drains over tiles in wet holes all the time in tight soils, if we want ponding to be drawn down within 24 hours of a large rain. Sometimes that means a couple stone drains per wet area, but it works great.
