If these states are going to make it illegal they should at least provide all of the forms of birth control free to their residents. Girls should be able to get them free at the school without the parents consent. Should also bump up funding for adoption, foster care and other social services related to children.
Seems unlikely to go from the inner city in SFSD to Canada when Minnesota is much closer.
$66 gets a bus ticket from SFSD to MNSP
Birth control is already handed out like candy and there's nothing stopping Planned Parenthood from continuing that.
