Subject: RE: Liberal/Conservatives

n. Illinois
They do not force everyone to not have a choice, They argued successfully that its an issue best decided at the State level as the constitution does not give the Federal Government the power that it took in 1972 in Roe vs. Wade.

They corrected an error that was made, just like the Dred Scott decision was an error made by the supreme court but it took a Civil War and over 600,000 dead to correct that mistake. At least this time we were able to correct the mistake without going to war and killing millions.

The decision does not rule on the morality at all on the concept of killing an unborn person, IE when is it acceptable to do so vs when is it not acceptable to do so. This part of the Abortion debate is the most difficult one and its one that the Liberals refused to do for the 50 years Roe vs wade was in effect. They had control of the power structure in DC for many years of those 50 years they should have passed legislation or amended the constitution if they felt so strongly in allowing unlimited abortions through out the whole country.
