Subject: RE: “Entertaining” kids in church

WCIL

A children's message during church.   In our church it is  about in the middle but before the sermon.   Volunteers take turns providing the message.    We are now to the  time we are recycling our best ones.    The kids come forward,  sit on the front steps,  or front pew depends on the message.   Some can be VERY entertaining.   Like the time they asked who  God's greatest enemy  was and my daughter replied  "me".  Or how about the time they asked,  "how do you know that your mom loves you?"   Little boy said,  "she takes away your toys".   We all look at the mom, who's ready to crawl under the pew.    WAY TO GO MOM!  I did a series on women in the bible.     Afterwards they almost always get a treat.  candy, (some messages are about certain candies).   fruit snack,  crackers, cookies,  or a piece of  cheap jewelry.
