Good reply. Too bad you’re not closer to us, you sound like the kind of dealer I would want to do business with.
We try to treat people the way you should be treated...however, we seem to be finding that the level of expectations keep rising, while the level of competence and intelligence is dropping.
Most customers are very easy to deal with, some you chuckle, some you cringe when you see the phone number. That's why I said try and be civil, most dealers respond much better!
