Subject: RE: Dealer parts issues

Jeffersonville, OH
AGCO has a parts warranty, and labor is covered under that warranty if the dealer installed it. There's lots of ways to help out a customer.

Is this a part that took 2 hours to install, or 12 hours. Bad parts happen, sometimes it sucks, sometimes it's not a big deal.
Talk to your dealer, and if the parts manager isn't giving you what you want, try asking him if there is anyone else you can talk to.

What I can tell you, is if you start demanding and stop being civil, that will get you almost nowhere at most dealers. I own the place here, and have no problem telling someone that's being unreasonable, to pound sand. I'm also the only locally owned dealer in this area, so they will get way more from me than they will anywhere else. All it takes is a little communication like adults.

Flame away!
