| Most dealers seem to have a handful of customers that they do anything for. If you aren’t one of those, they basically don’t care. The dealers have their shop full and lots empty so they aren’t worried about losing a small customer. This seems to be especially true for CIH and Deere. Some of the brands with less market share seem to be working harder to get ones business.
I think it would be unusual to get a dealer to do anything besides give you a new part unless you are pricing three new combines and heads.
