20 mph is just kind of a "breeze" here too. *grin*   20 mph is just good hay drying weather.

Now if it's 90 degrees and a 40 mph wind that is a blast furnace.  Then you start picking all the hay off the fence rows.

Just last week I was out irrigating in 20 mph wind, 40-42 degrees, with first rain, then it hailed,, then switched back to rain. Meanwhile wind just kept blowing... 

Couple hours of that and it was starting to get a little uncomfortable to work in...
