Spray on bedliner doesn't work, Por-15 paint doesn't work, no kind of paint known to man will work on the underside of a mower deck! I've tried all the above. Just keep it clean in the fall after your last mowing and hit it with some light paint over the winter. It's leaving the acidic grass on over the winter that makes them rust. Holds moisture. Clean them after the last mowing and it will help a lot.
