Rafe, just remember that there are some who will never see any way but their own as the only way to do things.....they have no experience in vegetable production, but, if corn and soybeans will grow that way everything can to!
I love the folks like that, I experience them the most in goose hunting.... tell me that geese will only decoy well to full bodies and not the silhouettes I use.......... even after I explain the biology of goose vision to them( they think im just some dumb goose guide , dont realise i have a degree in wildlife and a minor in bio...) then i offer to set up in the field with them with my silo rig and for some reason they start stuttering.....
theres a very old saying that holds true to this day.... there is more than one way to skin a cat...
weve been helping some of our growers do things for equip compliance and it is become more and more of a pain and less and less profitable for them every year
