Sumner GA, Located in southwest GA,

One thing about those government funded construction projects, they are massivley overbuilt. If you do it yourself vs. doing a costshare, it will cost the same. We've tried to get into some programs, but it isn't worth the hassle. They just don't care. My view is, the less the government knows, the better off you will be. My take on it.
